The Trip: SFO to JFK and the TWA Hotel

On a recent trip, I had the pleasure to experience MINT by JetBlue and the TWA hotel at John F Kennedy Airport, New York, the only on-site hotel in one of the busiest airports in the world.


There were many learnings, and here are my musings from that experience:


How things make us feel is the most powerful reason why we return, if we advocate, or not, what we tell our friends, and the likelihood of us being repeat customers.
