Simon is Managing Partner and co-founder of 4xi Global Consulting. He has worked in the food and facilities services business his entire career with companies like Sodexo and Aramark, and with clients across 6/7 continents from the UK and Europe, APAC, Australasia, North and South America.

Prentiss Hall, Innovator in Residence, Hospitality
Prentiss is an industry figurehead fulfilling various high profile leadership roles during his career. Most recently Prentiss created and built LifeWorks Restaurant Group from zero to one of the fastest growing premium foodservice brands in the market. Prentiss is a very well-respected thought leader, an influencer, and an innovator.
Jeff Kraft, Innovator in Residence, Hospitality & Services
Originally from a tech background, Jeff entered the hospitality services world as CEO of Nourish inc. a commissary kitchen and food delivery business that he successfully sold to Sodexo where he continued for a couple of years thereafter. Since, Jeff has created the Nectarine platform for centralized services which is testament to his passion for technology and systemization.
