4xi Welcomes Food Industry Leader & Transformer Helene Kennan

Boutique strategic consulting firm, 4xi Global Consulting, welcomes food industry leader and transformer, Helene Kennan to its growing team of global talent.

Helene Kennan joins 4xi as global food and experience strategist on the next phase of her stellar career as a leader and transformer in the foodservice industry. A professional culinarian, she rose through the ranks as Regional Vice President with Bon Appetit to Chief Innovations Officer at Guckeneheimer then served as Chief Executive Officer at ISS Guckenheimer before taking the role of Global Head of Food Strategy at ISS Group.

Helene is a compulsively curious food leader with over 25 years in the corporate foodservice arena. A professionally trained chef, her culinary career spans hotels, independent restaurants, museums and corporate campuses.

"We're delighted to welcome Helene to the 4xi family. She brings a whole new dimension to our team: C-level wisdom and a progressive focus on innovation."

Helene is a proven executive leader with a strong commitment to operational excellence and developing talent.

Her interest and expertise have been leveraged by many premier global companies in designing and integrating food into the workplace experience.

Helene has been instrumental in developing onsite amenity programs, creating high functioning leadership teams and championing diversity and inclusion in the food space.

Recognizing the evolution of the post pandemic global supply chain, Helene is interested in new products entering the market that have a positive impact on our environment and creating a more resilient and responsive procurement strategy for both independent and corporate clients.

"Helene is passionate about making an impact, business for good, and exploring innovation for the future of food and hospitality experiences."

She has crafted effective return to work campaigns for both U.S. and international firms, has served on several industry boards, and is active in volunteering her time as a mentor, speaker and thought leader.

While she no longer works daily in the kitchen, she remains an avid cook and continues to explore all things food. You can contact Helene at helene@4xiconsulting.com and read more about her and our team here:
